My Ethernet is fast but wi-fi is very slow?
I am experiencing persistent issues with slow Wi-Fi speeds despite having a fast Ethernet connection. Despite upgrading my internet plan to 300 Mbps and using a router with a 2 GHz frequency, I am only achieving speeds of around 90 Mbps on my Wi-Fi network. To address this, I purchased a new TP-Link router with 5 GHz support and connected it via LAN port of my old router, expecting improved performance, as per the customer care of my ISP. However, the issue persists even after replacing wires, changing ports, and resetting the router multiple times. But despite troubleshooting efforts, the problem remains unresolved. As this significantly impacts my work productivity, I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.
ON LAN cable (on the old router)
On WIFI (New Archer router)
I'm using TP-Link Archer C54, as I'm testing new WIFI is in my room no other users are connected ,currently only my laptop. Im using the Router as Access point mode.
