Hello,

I have this network configuration and I'm having problems with some Satellites Deco M5. The device 7 keeps rebooting and does not work, but if I delete the switch 3 and connect de device 7 directly to switch 1 it works well. I also tried connecting the device 7 directly to switch 1 and then from device 7 connect to the switch 3 but it still keeps rebooting (device 7).

Do backhaul just work for 2 switches? Please can you help me with this setup?

Network Configuration

Thanks a lot

  @Daniel_E

Hi, welcome to the community.

Can I have the model number of the three switches?

Did the Deco M5 work in Access Point mode?

It is also suggested to swap the location of Deco #7 with Deco #6 to check whether the rebooting issue follows the Deco or the location.

Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hello  @David-TP ,

Switch 1 is TL-SG1016D and Switch 2 and 3 are LS1008G, I alredy tried switching the switches 2 and 3 and also replacing the Deco 7 with other but it still rebooting.I tested the ethernet cable and it works Ok. The Decos are working as a Router Mode.

Thanks
