Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.10 Build 20240130 Rel. 77367(4555)

Hello !
I found myself in a situation with this router and I don't know what do to anymore.

So, my router keeps restarting by himself and also resets to factory settings.

1st, the power led turns off while the other ones are GREEN and after 1 second, it starts blinking and when it comes back on, is now reset to factory settings.

I tried already a few things :

1. I tried switching the main power supply with other ones with same specs and it didn't work. (Did the same thing)

2. I've tried to update the firmware but I guess, the only one available for me and the last one is v1.20 , in Europe (Romania) , because when I try to upload V3, gives me a message that there's a error. "Error uploading"

3. I've tried moving the router in a more open field to have a lot of cold air on him

4. I've tried a hard factory reset and didn't work.

I'm out of options and I need help :(

I'm operating on windows 11 pro (x64) and is a fresh start.

and the ISP provider is DIGI ( RDS-RCS Romania )

What's the next option for me other than getting myself another router ?

And also, this is the last log and I could get.

Hi  @AndonisTTV,

Thank you for your feedback and troubleshooting.

Inspect the router for any physical damage or loose connections. Ensure that all cables are securely connected to their respective ports.

If the issue persists, it seems that your router is defective. Please contact your local department for warranty consultation.

So, after so many restarts and factory resets, I decided just because I was tired of trying, to leave it as it is ... I just did the quick setup, didn't change the password or even the name of the wireless signal and now, without any devices connected to the wireless signal, it doesn't restart anymore o.0 That's odd ...... I used to connect 2 of my phones and my wireless printer from Canon. Why could this be a problem ?
I can see it working perfectly only with ethernet cable connected to my PC but If I connect back my phones and printer, it restarts after a while

Best regards, AndonisTTV.
