@tapac3 My C500 is still at 1.1.4 Build 240506 Rel.39487n. I know it's the firmware problem, causing the cam sets the quality to 720p. The recent firmware does not have this issue.

@tapac3 Try to check your C500's video quality. My C500 automatically sets the quality from 1080p to 720p for no reason (happened 2 times)

@Mihai_S the firmware 1.1.7 Build 240130 Rel.61424n which is given by TP-Link will solve this problem, my C220 has working for 2 weeks without any problem.
