@xmtr34 EAP225v3 (EU) and EAP245v3 (EU) support PPSK, the otters model I don't know. test and se :-) if it don't work SSID is not broadcasted on AP and all WiFi6 models not support PPSK, some don't,...

@steve1123 Try clear your browser cahe or run browser inkognito..

@Jeesoon1 Yes it is, remove old gateway, then go to wired network and internet, change to ER8411 and follow the wizard. then adopt new router. remember Backup of controler before do anything :-)
