@Mike1972 a little bit of information so I have to guess a little. it's probably your firewall that blocks port TCP 29814 and I'm guessing you upgraded EAP245 to the latest version as well, v5.0.4...

@yorkman yes those routers do a lot of weird things and they always have. so hope tp-link comes with software that makes them more stable over time. so tp-link have mutch work to du with routers

@ITV Is controllre remote or local? if remote you need to add TCP 29814 in addioton to 29810-29813 in your NAT if local try to disconnect power on EAP , My EAP dont stop reprovioning before i do that.
