Hello

 

I have 3 HS110 plugs tow wit firmware w 1.2.5 and hardware 1.0. One of then are not working remotely. I have tried oppgrading firmware and deleting and resting . No luck.

When i press remote control buttom in app message is Cloud Error. Alle other divices working remotly.  Enny tips ?

Same Here, „cloud error“ on only one device. Still no fix available?🤨

What is the error message you saw? Please show us a picture.

@Kevin_Z this is the problem. Only works in my house. If I turn off Wi-Fi and try via network internet out of my house nothing works

It might be related to the incorrect MAC address and could you please also tell me the MAC address on the product label?
