Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.0

Hello to all,

We have a camera NC450 V2 which is connected to our hub by wifi, after the first installation, it worked perfectly, while since last month, the connection became unstable, the led is still green but the tpCamera app shows offline and I cannot see the liveview; I tried to power cycle it or unplug the cable and plug it back but no change. I even hard reset the camera with the reset button. Still the same.

So I emailed the TP-Link tech support to get some help, guess what, their agents guided me to downgrade the firmware and IT WORKS. Everything is working properly now.

It was a great success for me and hope it can help you guys.

Hello,

Unfortunately, technical services departmant in Turkey does not understand the problem and could not provide a solution. Even, I said to them that “you can read the topics in the community, everything is written there”, they said to me that “we are different here” lol :)

They do not respond phone calls and just answer my emails with generic formats. I have two IP cameras and I can not use them as it should be beacuse of this connection issue.

Can you have give me an instruction to how downgrade them?

Thank you in advance...
