My tapo plug goes offline and stays offline when internet is temporarily disconnected even if the wifi stays connected. My other devices reconnect when internet is available again. This is a bit of a problem when the whole idea is that you control the plug while away from home.

Could you please help me check the following information:
1. What is the model number of the home router?
2. What the color of the LED light on the Tapo plug, blinking red?
3. Would manually rebooting(unplug and plug it back) temporarily fix this issue?
4. Can you still see this plug on the DHCP client list of the home router or are you still able to ping the plug on the computer?
