Firmware Version: The Firmware is currently up to date according to the app.

Hello everyone,

 

I just did all the set up and my Tapo P100 is already connected to the Wi-Fi and synced.

In the app I can see that the status is ON put no energy is conducted to trhough the plug.

I have already reseted a couple of times but it doesn't change anything.

Can anyone assist me with this?

Hi,

Have you changed another device connected to the plug to test the energy counting?

--if still no change, can I have a picture of the energy monitoring page?

By the way, how long have you had the plug, and did it work fine before?
