Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: Newest

All configuration and installation was successful. Switching from Android get only effect to light on/off indicator, by not switching connected lamp and other devices.

 

Another strange that when p100 is plug off, application still informing that p100 is online. App stil switching :).

Sorry for the late update, with plug powered on, factory reset it by pressing power button for at least 5 secs, and try manually turn on/ off. 

Try to manually turn on/ off the tapo plug, and see lamps or other devices connected to it could be turned on / off or not.

 

If the above does not work, the plug is broken on its hardware, you could contact local support or retailer to check warranty.
