I'm using the Tapo C200 to see my elderly father in law who doesn't live close, it would be useful to be able to pan around and speak with him.

If your family uses the same account (email) which set up this camera, he could use the Pan/ Tilt and Talk function of the camera.
If you share tapo device to a different account, the 2nd account can only access live view and playback rather than using Talk or Pan/ Tilt, except Playback and Liveview, other functions will be grayed out for a 2nd account.
