My Tapo C200 sometimes suddenly pans either left or right on it's own and gets stuck. Thereafter it's not possible to move it back remotely. I can move the camera up or down through remote but not left or right. This is annoying since it moves away from the zone I want to capture. Any suggestions please on how to set this right?

@Anusham Hello, 

 

Tapo camera will rotate automatically when it boots up to check its Pan & Tilt, but issue on your camera sounds abnormal.  

May I have a short video when it pans but gets stuck? Thank you.
