Not working night mode

Hi, could you please provide me more details about the night vision mode not working properly, like not able to detect the motion or the camera not able to switch automatically into night mode?
Did it work fine before?

- Tapo APP- On the Top of Live View page -- (Auto. Day mode.Night mode)
Try to switch between the Night mode and day mode manually and hear if there is a click sound on camera ? ( put camera by your side)
- If you could hear the click sound but camera will not switch to 'Night mode', please shake camera itself and see that helps
Make sure Tapo Camera firmware is the latest version and Tapo APP is the latest
If there is no Click sound from camera can you help us confirm some case details below:
1: Tapo APP version
2: Model of your phone and its Android or IOS version
