Is it possible to turn the IR LEDs off when in night mode??

Tapo C210.

I want to place the camera inside a window looking out, but the IR LEDs are really bright and reflect back so blinding the camera. 

It would be a really nice function to be able to turn them on and off in the app??

IR Led on camera could not be easily turned off like a Status Led basically due to its hardware. 
The infrared light  being emitted from IR led is invisible to human eye, but the light around the LED are near-infrared and visible, that's why the IR Led looks glowing for us.

Have you tried switching the camera from Auto to Day Mode.

I'm using the C200 through a window and it works fine in Day Mode when it's dark.

Yes. Click on auto.
