Hi,

I use a range extender for my laptop and tablet for when i am in my garden, as the signal from the main router is not great.

I have a C310 camera that is also connected to the main router but is suffering from not connecting or taking ages to connect because of the poor signal from the main router

How do I get it to connect to the extender instead?

@DarkmanUK Hello,

Please confirm Wi-Fi signal of range extender is strong or stable at the location of tapo camera.

You could remove camera from Tapo app->Camera Settings, and add a new camera and go through the set-up again to connect to extender's WiFi.
