i have C200 which is amazing.  works fine.

 

I bought C110 last week. Installed and everything is fine except one thing.

 

When i turn off my WIFI, it does not connect to WIFI again.

 

I put scheduled boot also it did not work. tried on many times.

 

Note: same wifi  C200 works fine.

 

When i power cycle C110, works fine.

Thank you for the log, the camera was scanning for wifi signals.

For' When i turn off my WIFI, it does not connect to WIFI again' Do you mean Tapo C100 camera could not reconnect to Wi-Fi by itself  after router's Wi-Fi is switched off and back on?  If that the case

  • Please Try a different Wi-Fi channel router, fix the 2.4Ghz channel. (you may download wifi analyzer app or software and scan select a less crowded channel)
  • Make sure the camera is receiving a good signal by checking the signal strength of the camera on the APP:

Kasa app-> Camera Device Settings-> tap name of the device ->signal strength ( tap on the Wi-Fi icon to see the value of the dBm/RSSI)
(-40d- 68dBm is good to average, less than -68dBm is relatively poor : relocate camera or router to get stronger signal)

  •  Confirm Camera firmware and Tapo APP version are up-to-date 

 

May I know the model of router, can you share a photo of the router Wireless settings ? Does camera connect to router directly or connect through extender or Mesh routers? Thank you.

thank you for your reply.

 

wifi is fine. i am using unifi 6 lite and i have more than 40 devices including tapo c200 camera and tplink smart devices etc. i have  tried auto channel, channel 1 3 5 7 9 11, result is same. signal is -50d

 

turn off access points, turn on. c110 does not connect again.

 

if i turn off, turn on c110,  connects to wifi.

 

also scheduled reboot does not work. it does not reboot on scheduled time.
