The camera is not showing the image, just the sound.
Already reset and reinstall the camera, but is the same.
The camera works perfectly on my other phone with other Android versions.

Problem Description: certain model of Samsung phones could not stream Live view after upgrade to Android 12
Fix: update Android Tapo APP to version 2.4.45 (released on Nov18, 2021).

@EJDF It's Android 12.
I'm in exactly the same boat here too. Samsung S21 Ultra upgraded to Android 12 (One UI 4.0), and since that, all I'm getting is audio, no video feed.
App still works perfectly fine on my wife's phone (Pixel 4a) which is still Android 11.
