The audio from my camera to my phone is not working you can't hear people talking just fuzzyness even when phone is not near by

Hello @Sadiem64 

Do you mean there is no sound when stream canmera Live view or sound is not clear when use Talk function?

Tapo APP- Live view  - tap Speaker icon to adjust volume

 

If still the same issue, can you share a short video clip (manually record video clip) showing the issue?

Did camera audio working fine before? Thank you
