Ive given up on this model it drops out 6 times in 24hrs - for no obvious reason. will replace with a C200

 

there's something in the firmware that makes it incompatible

 

too much frustrating waste of timeangryangryangry

 

a door cam you cant trust

For the dropping issue of your Tapo C110, it is necessary to check the network stability of this cam

How to check the network connection stability of a Tapo Camera

 

If your other Tapo camera are working good, you can also swap the location of this Tapo C110 with one of the good functional cam and see it is location issue or camera issue.

Indeed I wasted so much time I swapped out the C110 for a C200 and this seems to work OK I did notice that the C200 is more than twice as slow to load up to view than the C310's ? I can live with it. Will check network
