I want to buy a wireless camera and am interested in Tapo C100 & C200 both cameras. My query is does both cameras can record all footage without being connected with WiFi for long?

 Just suppose I disconnect WiFi to the camera and after 2 days when I connect with WiFi then it will show all past 2 days recording?

@Newtons_Gravty

Thanks for reaching out to us.

If Tapo cam disconnects WiFi, SD card recording will still continue, but if you subscribed Tapo Care, cloud recording will discontinue.

SD card recording includes Continuous Recording and Motion detection Recordings.

For how to set up SD card recording, please refer to below guide:

How can I view 24-hour recordings of Tapo cameras in Tapo app?

Tapo app needs a net connection or it wont work, screen freezes and you cant do anything other than close app. So if the cam and sd card continue recording assuming power is maintained then thats a bonus I havent tested this yet still trying to get my cams working on 24/7 live views - so far unsuccessful due to freezing, but have to do a network ping test and report Funny TP doesnt tell you this up front - after all they are leading router suppliers and I daresay most buyers here are not network savvy - its a black art I guess its why Noobs are recommended to stay with Lan ethernet cabling
