The automation on the android app is not available for the camera tapo C210 (only for the C200).
How is this possible?
I guess you don't know when it will be available?!
If the product is not fully operational, isn't it called beta testing?
I am not satisfied at all with this purchase.

Thank you for being interested in Tapo Smart Action feature. May I know how what scene do you want to set up using smart action/ Automation feature, detailed scenarios will help know the request better.
Tapo camera smart action currently is still under development, you may keep on eye on the firmware release note of tapo camera for this feature on Tapo app
How to create an automation or a shortcut of my Tapo device
If any user request the same , please leave your comment below or share your idea on Feature Request board , that will help with the feature evaluation

I have a C210 camera and I would like to set it up so it comes on when I leave and off when I get home. In the TAPO software it doesnt say I have any compatible cameras howver your websote and product sheet says it is compatible,

Hello, this feature seems obvious and I think it is urgent that it be developed identically to the C200 model. Without that I don't see the point of keeping these products if some are not programmable and I'll go back to that very quickly in the comments and tests done on this camera

There is absolutely no news! This is outrageous. Moderators have selected an "answer" and seem to consider the topic closed because C310 model now support the feature but still nothing for the C210.
This is ridiculous.
Shame on TP-Link! Whoever lands on this page before buying the product : don't buy it!

As we recently learned of Tapo C210 is one of the planned models, but this could take some more time before this feature being added on other models. You may keep an eye on the future firmware update. We will first sync the information on topic below when any model add this feature, and later update other related topics.
