Thank you for your idea, currently there isn't an official PC software for Tapo camera.
Here shared some workaround to view tapo camera on PC, you could give it a try:

If any user request the same, please comment on the above thread or leave your commend on Feature Request Board for Tapo products and let us know, thank you.
Is it on the roadmap? Has it been discussed internally and if so are there any pans to create a Windows application. All it needs to do at the start is stream and allow you to view the timeline. Later version can show you notifications.
