Thank you for your idea, currently there isn't an official PC software for Tapo camera. 

Here shared some workaround to view tapo camera on PC, you could give it a try:

Viewing Tapo C200 through Windows 10 PC

Is it on the roadmap? Has it been discussed internally and if so are there any pans to create a Windows application. All it needs to do at the start is stream and allow you to view the timeline. Later version can show you notifications.
