Rebooting the router, uninstalling the switch, reinstalling the app, and trying to reinstall the switch all had no effect. When I try to connect to tp link, it tells me the internet is unavailable with tp link. When I check that network in my phone's wifi settings shagle.download, it says it is connected with excellent signal strength. I'm not omegle.ws sure what else to do.
