Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.6

Hello TPLink community,

All the plugs of the KP303 was doing all right, but I recently notice that one of the plugs still has power even when it's switched off.

I reset the connection but the problem persist.

I'm attaching a video with the evidence.

Please your help!

Thanks in advance,

Pablo

  @pcexebio

If only one plug/ socket does not power off or cut of power for a device, that could be a bad socket on the power strip.

You could test that plug with a different home appliance, and factory reset kasa power strip and see if that makes any difference

How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart switch and plug?

If still the same, try to contact retailer or local support to check device warranty.
