Firmware download - Tapo C210
Hi Tapo Team et al.,
What is location from where latest Tapo firmware can be downloaded?
My camera is connected to network without internet access and as such sd-card firmware upgrade option is required.
Looking at Tp-link site couldn't find firmware download section.

The firmware update is done through Tapo APP most of the time and currently this model does not have a manual update tool.
If the camera works in the Local network, you may try the workaround of connecting the camera to a Mobile hotspot Wi-Fi and update the firmware for it, then connect it back to the router Wi-Fi network.Hope this works for you.

C210 has ability to upgrade firmware from microsd card.
The ask is only about from where the firmware can be downloaded.
Would you mind please share link to the latest version?

I'm afraid support does not have a link of the latest firmware and latest firmware need to be updated through Tapo APP directly.
Probably you could try the above workaround to connect to mobile hotspot Wi-Fi to update the firmware if main router Wi-Fi has no Internet connection.

@Solla-topee it is unacceptable to see refusal of providing link to firmware and forcing to connect Tapo camera to internet. The camera can not be connected to internet and firmware to even beta versions were provided publicly here. It is very discouraging approach taken by TP-Link as per how you represent TP-Link here.
Please kindly escalate it to management and confirm the refusal of providing link to firmware for official offline upgrade procedure as described in manual.

If any user has the same concern or request of firmware update, but can not do firmware update through Tapo APP via router Wi-Fi network/ the workaround of connect smart device to a Mobile hotspot Wi-Fi to update firmware, it is recommended to reach our local customer service directly, this way they can take a closer look at each concern individually.

@Solla-topee , appreciate effort to find a solution and will proceed via Support ticket.
With that said, am not sure why is it so difficult for you guys to offer firmware for your customers under a specific URL software vendors do.
