C310 activity thumbnail
My C310 camera works well. However, today most of the thumbnail images under 'Activity' on the Playback tab are bot showing. Only 1 thumbnail there now. All detection videos are still there and able to be played back from the orange bands. Why did the motion detection still images 'Motion Detection' disappear?
ive tried rebooting, resetting, closed the app, re downloaded the app, turn off my phone. Nothing has helped it still shows only 1 recording other cameras on the same wifi network continue to work and this has not happened before?

How to Get the Log of Tapo Camera?
- take a photo of the Playback thumbnail page & a photo of video clip time line in Playback
e.g a photo showing there is a video clip at 7AM but no thumnail at that time
- MAC address of tapo device, please share by private message
- model of phone and its Andriod/ IOS version, tapo APP version
Also confirm the tapo APP and camera firmware are both up to date, Thank you

@Solla-topee This is the exact behavior I am seeing with one of 4 new C310 cameras. Activity thumbnails were being populated yesterday, but none today, despite the recordings being available from the timeline. All cameras have updated firmware adn the same settings via the App.

@Solla-topee It's a new day and the problem camera is now showing activity thumbnails. Is the problem going to reoccur? Why is this happening?
