I use rtsp://******:*****@192.168.1.206:554/stream1 and can't view it. Confirmed port 554 is open on about 20 different sites any ideas?

It is recommended to test rtsp streaming in the local network using VLC Player first, make sure PC and camera are connected to the same Wi-Fi network and see if camera is accessible through rtsp.

To stream remotely, try to open ports on router for the camera's IP address, and use the public IP or WAN IP on status page to access camera.
If you use other Onvif software, also open port 2020

Besides, it will show WAN IP/ Public IP and should be the same as the WAN IP address on router web page.
