Please check if you have enabled Continuous Recording  for Tapo camera, Tapo APP> Camera settings> Recording Schedule> Select Continuous Recording and make sure all the time blocks there are blue. Here is an FAQ for more details:

You will need to set up continuous recording first, so the video clips are stored in the SD card. 

If you have enabled continuous recording but some clips are corrupted, please try to insert the SD card on the computer to see if there are any recordings there.
