Hello everyone,
Thank you for your feedback with the '502 Bad Gateway' error on the tplinkcloud.com website, and really appreciated for your patience while our team are working on it. As learned from our engineers, there was an outage with some services around July 15th and now has been fixed on July18th, 2022. The website should now work again.

@Solla-topee I also cannot log in.
Trying to access www.tplinkcloud.com and page comes back as "502 Bad Gateway"

Same problem here.
Also, tp-link deco app gives error message "something went wrong with the cloud service"

@kepu Thank you for the feedback,I checked with deco moderator and here is a guide to help troubleshoot the issue.
It is recommended to start a thread in Deco sub forum and Deco moderator there will help with your case further.

I had a reply from TP Link. This is what they said ....
"This is Phoebe, the technical engineer in TP-Link.
We are sorry to tell you that currently 'tplinkcloud.com' is closed. Since there are some unfixed issues on it.
Please wait for announce about it in our official website. The exact date is uncertain."
Unfortunately, based on previous experience with TP Link, I doubt that it will ever re-open.
