Je souhaiterais utiliser des prises tapo p100 sur une connexion internet en 4G. L'appli me dit que l'accèss à la prise n'est dispo qu'en local.
Alors que quand la tapo p100 etait connectée sur le réseau ADSL, j'y avais accès à distance sans soucis.
Comment remédier à ça ?

Do you wish to connect Tapo plug to a 4Ghz hotspot Wi-Fi network? Or do you wish to connect the smart plug to the Wi-Fi network of router and control it under 4Ghz Wifi network?
Please try some tips in Case2 in the blow instructions:
You could try to change router's DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 if camera ' local only'
Or try to factory reset the tapo plug and reinstall it from Tapo APP.
I wish to connect the tapo plug with the wifi to a router connected to a LTE 4G network.
Nobody can help me ?
