Cannot view playback but can see live stream
I had been able to view recordings playback on Ipad but now it's not working. I am a shared account from my partners main account.
The time bar shows that the continuous recording is available but the screen has a spinning arrow then just goes black.
The recording is working as it can be viewed from my partners device.
I can view live streaming from the camera.
I have logged out, uninstalled the app, reinstalled and had the camera shared again to my email address but still the same issue.
Ipad and Tapo app are fully updated.
