Hello   @Siargao 

To use SD card recording, please make sure SD card recording option has been enabled for the camera

Recording Schedule is set to Orange/ Blue across the board

Confirm the SD card has been recognized and Micro SD card status  should be Good

How can I view 24-hour recordings of Tapo cameras in Tapo app?

If the recording has been worked fine, format the SD card on the APP and see if that make any difference 

 

If still the same, can you share some photos showing there's motion triggered but not recordings, and the photos of SD card recording settings.

Please help Get the Log of Tapo Camera and attach the log file here.
