Hi, 

I was wondering, is it possible to receive only the tampering notification and not the notification related to the motion sensing?

Hello   @gg_35 

Thank you for the feedback, Tapo camera supports APP notification to the phone, for now the notification settings is for all the motion detection settings including Tampering & Motion detection.

 

For the separated notification request, we'd move this thread into Feature Request board in this way users who are interested with this feature could vote or comment for it, that will help with the feature evaluation. Here are some Most Popular Feature Requests for Tapo.

I'd really like being able to turn on/off notifications for each motion detection, person detection and tampering. Currently you can only turn on/off notifications for the three categories at the same time.

Separate notification settings for all categories. This way you still would get the marker in the timeline for when it identifies movement but only be notified when it detects a person. Cuts down on a lot of false notifications
