No Energy Data on P110
I bought the Tapo P110 to monitor the energy consumption on some devices in hour house. The setup of the device worked well and controlling is working via the APP (switching on/off). However I do not get any energy data. The values are the whole time "0". Is there anything I missed during the setup?
Thanks in advance!

Hello @omcadm
You could try to unplug the plug and plug it back in, and also try some tips here if the energy monitoring does not show correct value
1. factory reset the Tapo plug
2. confirm there is a home appliance connected to the plug
3. try a different wall socket
4. confirm plug's firmware is up-to-date
If still the same, may I have a photo of the power consumption page, what is the model of the device that has been plugged in to the plug and its wattage of the device? Thanks!

thank you for the timely response. I did now a testing series to better describe the topic.
1. I followed your procedure to perform a factory reset
2. After re-configuring the smart plug the power consumption monitoring is working
3. After switching off/on using the side button the power consumption monitoring is still working
4. After changing the electrical consumer the power consumption monitoring continues to work and updates to the new data
5. When unplugging the P110 and re-plugging, the power consumption monitoring is no longer working. It does not matter if switched off before or not.
6. After factory reset everything is working again until the next unplug.
I used during the test a sandwich maker with ~850 W and a bicycle speed indicator (Wahoo Elemnt Bolt) with ~4.5 W.
Please find attached screenshots with information from my P110.
