I bought this in August and after almost two months its started to show blurred screen in both modes day and night. I tried reset it, tried removing memory card, nothing works. Is there a way to resolve this, attaching an screenshot of current recording.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Make sure the Lens of camera is clean
You may gently shake the camera and see if the live view looks fine.

If still the same, can you attach a photo of live view in the Daymode for us to take a further look at it.

Please share the MAC address and SN number with us via private message.
