I have at my home (5) Deco's M4

4 of them are connected and working perfect. But the last one blinks all the time the red led. 

I tried with reset button but makes nothing. 

Is there a way to make a hard reset or restoring it in factory settings? 

There are all of them software and firmware upgraded.
