I have a tp-link wifi bulb. Model number is gard to read. Could be LB100 or A10 or A15.

However, the bulb does not appear in my list of network devices. I got a tio to reset it by setching the power of and on 3 or 5 times. I tried this but the bulb still does not appear. 
A second question: How do I change my email in my Kasa-account. My former email provider ni longer exists...

My new email is gope1949@gmail.com

Hello  @gope 

Thank you for reaching out to TP-Link. 

To connect the bullb under a new tp-link account,  try to flip the light switch on and off 5 times slowly to factory reset. 

How to reset TP-Link Kasa smart bulb?

 

Thank you for your feebback, till now email address can not be changed directly but we can do a factory reset or software reset the device to use and reinstall your device in the app under the new account.
