Hi  @Lemonade8

Thank you for posting. Can you share the brand and model of the fan? What's the power of it?

Did you use the APP to control the plug? Or control it manually by the power button?

Does the status led of the plug change when you try to control it?

Have you tried to test other appliances, can they be switched on by the plug?

You can try to factory reset the plug, see if that helps.

Reset: Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until the led turns blinking green.

  Hi @Wayne-TP

I am using KDK standing fan N40HS usually switch on using the wireless remote control, Voltage 220.

I have tried using the app as well as manually pressing the power button, clicking sound can be heard but both actions can only switch Off and not able to switch On.

I have done factory reset and tested the smart plug with other appliance, so far no issues other than this fan.

  @Lemonade8

Thanks for the reply. The specification found on the internet of this fan is limited. Can you share the detailed specification of the fan? For example, the product label, user manual, etc.

It is possible that one of the specifications of the fan does not match the plug's requirement, so it cannot be turned on. Since the P100 works with other devices, its hardware should be fine.
