  @Wayne-TP

I have installed the trial app, but it isnt currently connecting to any of the cameras, I will re-rest when I am home and on the same internal LAN to the cameras.  The older app connects to the cameras while out, but obviously has the green tint problem, I shall report back shortly.

I can confirm the trial app fixed a green line across the top of my images on C310.

  @Solla-topee

I use a Samsung S24 and on 1080p setting with the latest APP it displays the green tint bar on the right side.

I managed to find a fix by going to Advanced Settings and under Display Settings > Compatible Mode. Mine was set on Hardware Acceleration and it had this problem.

Yet on my S20 FE it has no issue with being on Hardware Mode.

1. The camera's live view page that displays the issue.

2. The camera's model number, hardware, and firmware version.

3. The Tapo app version

4. The model number and OS version of the phone installed in the Tapo app.

Best Regards
