Hs100s will not connect to my WiFi
I found the below thread but even after reading it and checking my Routers are set to WPA2/PSK ONLY mode they still will not connect.
HS100 won't connect to my WiFi - TP-Link Community
they used to work, then my ISP replaced my router which enforced WiFi network password complexity requirements so i had to change the password.
I have 4 x HS100s and 2 of them i managed to get connected to the WiFi with newer password successfully (these two appear to be hardware version v2.1), the other 2 will not reconnect (these to appear to be hardware version v4.1 according to the label on the back)
So if anyone has any ideas i would be very grateful
Thanks
Pedro

Thank you for reaching out to the community.
If the kasa setup failed, please check if some tips here failed
What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?
If the kasa failed to connect to Wi-Fi network after you putting in Wi-Fi password.
Please ensure the Wi-Fi password is correct, try to connect to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi ( use a different SSID for 5G temporarily )

Hi thanks for that
I disabled my 5g wireless and renamed it so it has no choice but to use 2.4, however it's still not working
- I go to add a device
- it scans
- it finds them both
- i select either of them
- it says connect, so i do, it sits there and the blue circle goes round and round for a few minutes
- eventually i get a "Unable to Connect to your Smart Plug WiFi, 1 try closer to the plug, 2 try restarting the plug, 3 turn off vpn"
- I have tried both plugs, restarted them multiple times
- I've tried sitting next to the plug
- I do not use VPN
I have tried using 2 different phones
