Tapo C320WS no connection
My Tapo C320WS won't connect to my Samsung S21. I see the Wi-Fi from the camera and connect to it, in the blue screen the camera remains at the top until I get an error that a connection cannot be made. I have already removed the camera 3 times from the Wi-Fi list of the phone and everything tried again but it will not work. I already had the camera on another smartphone from the time of purchase, then pairing was very easy.

Thanks for the answer. In the mean time I've found the solution. There was nothing wrong with the camera or the Wi-Fi. My wife had changed the Wi-Fi password without telling me, so I couldn't get any further than the camera's Wi-Fi.

Hello @Silverwing
Thank you for the inquiry.
May I know were you able to connect the camera to a common Wi-Fi from AP or router and see if that works.
If you'd like to connect to a mobile Hotspot Wifi, please confirm its 2.4Ghz Wifi signal, Wifi channels among 1-11 are recommended, Samsung phone may use 5Ghz channel.
You may use a Wifi analyzer app to from a different phone to check what is the Wifi band and wifi channel the Samsung phone is broadcasting.
