T100 motion sensor does not trigger sound on H100 hub

Hey guys I've just bought the T100 motion sensor and the smart hub H100.
The idea was to have the hub play a sound everytime the sensor is triggered.
The hub and sensor are paired.
I've set up the smart actions in the tapo app "motion activated alarm" but no matter what, there's no sound from the hub at all when the sensor is triggered. I do recieve the push notification on my phone when the sensor is triggered though so the sensor is working. I've set the effective time to "always" as well.
Under Smart actions;
- When - Motion Sensor "Motion Detected"
- Then - Smart Hub "Ring"
Delay action is disabled.
What could be the issue?

I have the same issue.
One of my sensors does not trigger sound or other action on Hub, but receive only notification on the app. I have others two sensors that works fine.

The firmware of tapo smart devices are up- to-date in the app. When I press the Ringtone button in the Tapo APP, it play sound.
