Hi. My Tapo C200 has stopped recording on Cloud.  I have availed of 30-day unlimited cloud storage (auto renew) but it stopped recording today  I have already rebooted the camera.  My camera is in the Philippines while I am in another country.  It has been working well and recording motions daily on cloud since October last year.  Please help and advise. Thanks in advance.

Hi,
In this case, please check if you can manage the Tapo C200 on the Tapo app, such as check if the Tapo C200 shows online on the Tapo app, and check if you can watch its live view page, etc.
If not, it's suggested to double confirm if the Router is still working fine. If the router is not working, reboot the router or contact router support for a try.
And also please help confirm the LED status on the camera to judge if the camera is working.

If the router is working fine and the camera showing online on the Tapo app, but stop recording, please refer to the link below to check if the motion detection settings are correct.
