C210 allow it to be added to a hub so it doesn't require it's own microSD Card
I have a H200 hub and various C420s and bought a C210 to complement my external cameras with an internal one, however I was disappointed to discover that it needed it's own microSD card rather than being able to be linked to the hub and use the one in that.
Are there any plans to allow self contained storage cameras like the C100 to be able to use the storage built in to the H200 hubs in the future?

Hi,
The Tapo C420 and the C100 are different kinds of camera, Tapo C420 need to connect the Hub H200 to work, but Tapo C100 does not need the hub and will work when connecting to the router directly via Wi-Fi. It's unable to store Wi-Fi camera videos like the C100 to the SD card inserted into the H200, and currently, there is no plan to add this feature to the Wi-Fi cam.

@Solla-topee Apologies, just corrected the details, it's a C210 I have for inside, although I'm fairly sure it doesn't change the functionality regarding camera data storage.

Thank you for correcting the model info. However, the Tapo C210 is also a Wi-Fi cam that is similar to the Tapo C100.

Yes, this feature is great one to have. I have both wired and wireless cameras, it will be extremely useful to record and store them in Hub 200 SD card.
One storage for all!. +1 from me.

Even cameras like C200 C211 should be able to connect H100 or H200.
Two reasons to add this feature:
1- Cameras can record to same sd card in the hub
2- Camera's sensors like person detection or movement sensors can trigger allarm on the hub. (which is more important for me)
Please consider to add this feature.
