If you have a phone, it's suggested to watch the camera via the Tapo app wherever you are.
If you only have a Mac laptop, you can try to watch the camera via RTSP stream. However, you need to open port 554 on your router if watch the camera remotely, and if your router does not have a public IP address, you also need to open port 554 on the front modem.
