My tapo cameras don't pick up through the night , work in the day time brilliantly, but come when gets dark , nothing . I have messed around with all the settings and still nothing . Please someone help !

Hi,
If the Tapo C420 does not switch from Day mode to Night mode automatically, please help confirm:
1. Check if the Video Mode is set to Auto on the camera's Live View page.
2. When the camera should switch to Night Mode but it doesn't, take a picture of the camera's Live View page and send it to me.

Hi,
Thank you for the updates, and please help confirm the following information.
1. Whether the second camera work fine?
2. What's the S/N of the problematic camera? You can send me the S/N via a private message.
3. Please ensure the Tapo app, hub, and your Tapo app are up to date. And if the problem remains, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
