Well, I'm missing that feature. For instance, I have a heater at a remote location. My problem is that something fuse blows, and I bought that smart plug to control that. But I still have to check my phone to see if everything is okay. I would love to have a smart action to be triggered when consumption is below some level. Heater consumption when heater is not working is 33W. When fuse blows is under 1W.

Hallo! I also would like to use a function, which is called in case of fritzDect Standby-Function, means: the device will shut down, if a certain value is reached. BUT NOT over a certain level, rather UNDER a certain level. In Tapo exists a function called charging protection - but only in the range between 1-20Watt. For example: My TV-device is connected with a disc and apple TV to one plug-in. Together they need about 25Watts in standby modus. There is only the possibility to set an in and out TIME in the software, or other intelligent functions. But it would be important, to set also a level, to shut down the device, if the value is UNDER a certain level. Is that possible, because I read, that power protection is a BETA-Version? What can I do? All the best, Tom

Yes, perfect idea! Washing machine and dryer are in the cellar. If I get notified when the power is under a certain level for a couple of minutes (best make this a user defined time) then I know I can go down and start another load. Makes washing days so much better. Create a smart device that tells you; Hey! I am done... take the wash out! :-)

I need to monitor the device by analyzing its power consumption with alerts

Turn appliance on when solar panels generate power.
