Here alot of noise from the microphone, i moved it away from things, turned phone off and there's still noise.

Hi,
Thank you for the case report, and please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Is the video recorded on the Tapo app?
2. If you turn off the microphone on the camera's Live view page on the Tapo app, can you still hear a noise?
3. What are the devices around the camera, such as computer, air conditioner, microwave oven, refrigerator, etc.?

The noise is still the same as the original vid.

 

2. With the microphone off the noise is different.

 

3. Computer/printer/dehumidifier, but I unplugged these when doing the test.

Hi,
In the video you shared with us, I hear a little sound but very small, and I think it won't affect the daily use of the camera. You can try to use a different phone to stream the camera and check if you still hear the same sound.
We have also reported the issue to the tech team, and they will likely contact you via email. If you are willing to continue troubleshooting your issue, please reply to that email.
